These Terms & Conditions govern your stay and use of services at Vividcelebration, operated by Vividcelebration Pty Ltd. By making a reservation or visiting our hotel, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. About Vividcelebration

Vividcelebration is a physical, brick-and-mortar luxury hotel located at 12 Hunter Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia. We are a 100% offline, in-person hospitality venue. All accommodation, dining, wellness and entertainment services are provided exclusively on-site at our hotel.

2. Reservations & Bookings

• Reservations can be made in person, by telephone or through our website enquiry form.
• A reservation is confirmed only once you receive written confirmation from our reservations team.
• Guests must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking and to check in.
• Valid photo identification is required at check-in.
• The person named on the reservation must be present at check-in.

3. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in is available from 3:00 PM (AEST).
• Check-out is by 11:00 AM (AEST).
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Requests for early check-in or late check-out should be made in advance with our concierge.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the arrival date are free of charge.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged for the first night.
• No-shows will be charged for the full reservation value.
• Group bookings and event reservations are subject to separate cancellation terms provided at the time of booking.

5. Payment

• Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards and cash (AUD).
• A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
• All charges are billed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
• Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

6. Hotel Services Usage

Guests are expected to use all hotel facilities — including rooms, spa, restaurant, lounge and event spaces — with respect for other guests and staff. Vividcelebration reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay where a guest's conduct is disruptive, unlawful or unsafe.

• Damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest responsible.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the hotel; designated outdoor areas are provided.
• Pets are not permitted, with the exception of registered assistance animals.
• Visitors to guest rooms must register at reception and leave by 10:00 PM.

7. No Online Gambling

Vividcelebration is an offline, physical hotel only. We do not offer, operate or facilitate any form of online gambling, real-money wagering or remote gaming. Any casino-inspired lounge, gaming tables or entertainment features on our premises are decorative and social in nature and do not constitute a licensed gambling service. No real-money gambling is offered or permitted through our website or any digital channel.

8. Liability

• Vividcelebration accepts liability for personal injury caused by its proven negligence.
• The hotel is not liable for loss or damage to personal property brought onto the premises. Guests are encouraged to use the in-room safe.
• Vividcelebration is not responsible for events beyond its reasonable control, including force majeure.
• Guests are responsible for their own belongings and for the conduct of their visitors.

9. Privacy

Information collected during booking and your stay is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Act 1988.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

Vividcelebration may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page, with the updated date shown above.
